Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 6:11 PM ET) -- The former Chinese Ministry of Commerce official in charge of export rules that a group of vitamin C producers claims forced them to fix prices will testify in the companies' defense in multidistrict litigation over the practice, a judge ruled Friday, giving the remaining defendants more leverage as the parties gear up for a November trial.
