Dropbox Can't Pause Suit Pending Trademark Board Appeal

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 2:48 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge held Friday that online storage provider Dropbox Inc. couldn't delay a trademark infringement and unfair competition suit until the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ruled on the disputed trademark, saying the USPTO proceedings wouldn't resolve all the suit's allegations.
