Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 12:43 PM ET) -- Former Cuyahoga County, Ohio, auditor Michael Gabor was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday for helping another, now-imprisoned county official steer government contracts to particular construction companies in exchange for bribes.
U.S. District Judge Sara Lioi sentenced Gabor to 121 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. She also ordered Gabor to pay about $28,000 in restitution, the amount of his county pension.
