LCD Buyers Say 9th Circ. ATM Ruling Can’t Nix Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 3:02 PM ET) -- Producers and direct purchasers of liquid crystal display panels are too closely related to use a recent Ninth Circuit ruling to shut down indirect purchasers’ price-fixing suit against LCD makers, an indirect purchaser told the California federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation Monday.
