Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 4:40 PM ET) -- The owners of two defense contracting companies pled not guilty Thursday to bribing U.S. Navy authorities in exchange for $6 million in government contracts, five months after four Navy officials and three others admitted their roles in the alleged fraud.
Robert Ehnow, owner and president of L&N Industrial Tool & Supply Inc., and Joanne Loehr, owner and operator of Centerline Industrial Inc., pled not guilty in California federal court to 13 counts of bribery, wire fraud and money laundering. Centerline itself also pled not guilty....
