Law360, Houston (August 24, 2012, 4:46 PM ET) -- A former El Paso County, Texas, official pled guilty Wednesday to federal corruption charges that he helped direct more than $100 million in government health insurance contracts to a subsidiary of Access Plans USA Inc. in exchange for bribes.
