SEIU, Kaiser Escape Hospital Operator's Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 3:15 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Thursday dismissed Prime Healthcare Services Inc.'s suit accusing Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and the Service Employees International Union of conspiring to muscle the hospital management company out of the market for emergency care services.
