Trade Groups Ask High Court To Review AmEx Arbitration Case

Law360, Los Angeles (August 31, 2012, 7:53 PM ET) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other business groups on Wednesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Second Circuit's ruling barring American Express Co. from enforcing an arbitration agreement containing a class action waiver in an antitrust case, saying the decision undermines the Federal Arbitration Act.
