HarperCollins Changes E-Book Prices After DOJ Settlement

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 9:06 PM ET) -- HarperCollins Publishers LLC said Tuesday it had reached new pricing agreements with online retailers like Amazon Inc. following federal court approval of deals the publisher and two others reached with the U.S. Department of Justice to resolve price-fixing allegations.
