Law360, New York (October 17, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a boost to 3M Co., an appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision to toss the antitrust claims of now-defunct automotive abrasive company NicSand Inc. after ruling that the company did not engage in predatory pricing in the market for do-it-yourself automotive sandpaper.
