Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 5:36 PM ET) -- Otto Bock Polyurethane Technologies Inc. was dropped Friday from proposed class actions in Ohio over an alleged conspiracy to fix prices for polyurethane foam, as part of a deal in which Otto Bock agreed to provide the foam-buyer plaintiffs with information about the industry.
U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary, who is overseeing multidistrict litigation over the foam, signed off on a stipulation and order in which putative classes of direct and indirect purchasers agreed to dismiss Otto Bock from the litigation without prejudice.
