Law360, New York (September 17, 2012, 6:08 PM ET) -- A Puerto Rico federal court on Monday blocked a bid by a group of physicians to dismiss a lawsuit by insurer Humana Health Plans of Puerto Rico Inc. accusing them of price-fixing and contract violations, finding the complaint sufficiently alleged antitrust injuries.
