Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 5:25 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice and three major publishers on Monday urged a New York federal court to block a music executive's bid to challenge the recently approved settlement the two sides reached to resolve e-book price-fixing allegations.
