Law360, Washington (September 19, 2012, 6:46 PM ET) -- The European Commission's antitrust head voiced concerns Wednesday that Hutchison 3G Austria GmbH's €1.3 billion ($1.64 billion) plan to acquire rival Orange Austria Telecommunication GmbH hasn't overcome the regulator's anti-competitive worries in order to gain clearance for the deal.
