Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 10:33 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission said Thursday that it finalized rule changes that will update its investigation procedures to account for electronic discovery and provide more guidance on standards of conduct for lawyers.
The FTC issued final changes, slated to take effect on Nov. 9, to Parts 2 and 4 of the agency's rules of practice, a move that follows a rulemaking proposal and request for public comments that it put out in January.
