Music Exec Strikes Back At DOJ Over E-Books Appeal

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 6:37 PM ET) -- An Internet music company executive seeking to appeal the approval of the government's settlements with three publishers in its e-books price-fixing case accused the U.S. Department of Justice on Friday of misinterpreting his request to intervene in the litigation.
