Law360, New York (October 02, 2012, 2:28 PM ET) -- Waving off requests for a new trial, a Florida federal judge on Monday sentenced two Miami-area doctors to 10 years in prison for participating in a $200 million Medicare fraud scheme involving kickbacks for referrals of drug-addicted and vegetative patients.
