Law360, New York (October 02, 2012, 8:05 PM ET) -- Funeral Consumers Alliance Inc. told the Fifth Circuit on Monday that it had settled its lawsuit accusing Service Corp. International and other corporate funeral homes of conspiring with casket makers to boycott independent casket distributors and overcharge grieving families.
