Philips Shakes Retailer Price-Fixing Claims In LCD MDL

Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 6:50 PM ET) -- A California federal judge last week agreed to call off allegations of price-fixing in the liquid crystal display industry against Philips Electronics North America Corp. by purchasers of the LCD products, approving a pair of bids for dismissal within the larger multidistrict litigation.
