In-Flight Web Provider Gogo Accused Of Stifling Competition

Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 7:33 PM ET) -- In-flight Internet provider Gogo Inc. was hit with a proposed antitrust class action Monday in California federal court brought by consumers alleging the company entered exclusive contracts with major airlines that allowed it to sustain a monopoly and jack up prices.
