FTC’s Androgel Case May Not Be Best To Tackle Pay-For-Delay

Law360, New York (October 05, 2012, 9:09 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission has argued that its case over the legality of pay-for-delay settlements involving blockbuster drug Androgel is a strong candidate for high court review, but with two other petitions already pending before the justices in a separate case over the controversial patent deals, attorneys on Friday questioned the agency's position.
