Law360, New York (October 05, 2012, 6:18 PM ET) -- Pennsylvania-based Universal Health Services Inc. will sell a New Mexico psychiatric hospital in order to remedy antitrust concerns over its $517 million acquisition of hospital manager Ascend Health Corp., the Federal Trade Commission announced Friday.
