Feds OK Eagle Eyes Leniency Request In Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 3:59 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors said Wednesday they won't challenge Taiwanese auto lights manufacturer Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd.'s request to pay a lenient $5 million fine after agreeing to plead guilty to charges that the company and its U.S. distributor were involved in an international conspiracy to fix prices on aftermarket auto lights.
