Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 3:42 PM ET) -- The Kentucky Court of Appeals on Friday reversed more than $30 million in damage awards handed down by juries against Sandoz Inc. and AstraZeneca LP over alleged Medicaid fraud, finding there wasn't enough proof to back up the verdicts.
