Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 7:59 PM ET) -- A California home foreclosure auction crier accused of aiding a bid-rigging scheme said Tuesday that he is being ambushed by federal prosecutors who have refused to detail the exact allegations he will face at trial on fraud and conspiracy charges.
W. Theodore Longley said in his latest court filing that it should come as no surprise he had contacts with real estate developers who already have pled guilty in the case because he has conducted thousands of foreclosure auctions in San Joaquin County, Calif.
