Locke Lord Adds Ex-SEC Counsel With FCPA Expertise

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 2:51 PM ET) -- Locke Lord LLP has added a former senior counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act expert to its Washington-based white collar and securities practice, the firm said Wednesday.

Marlon Q. Paz, who started with Locke Lord on Monday, spent more than six years at the SEC focusing on complex securities issues, internal investigations and compliance. He served at one point as the senior counsel to the SEC director of trading and markets.
