Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 7:18 PM ET) -- MasterCard Inc. argued in an appeal published Saturday that a European Union court had used the wrong legal standard in backing the European Commission's 2007 decision to ban the credit card giant's interchange fees as anti-competitive.
