FCC Chair Calls For Rules Change To Save Newspapers

Law360, New York (November 14, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- U.S. Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin J. Martin has called for proposed revisions to the newspaper and broadcast ownership rule to help ailing newspapers, but the proposal has been criticized by other FCC commissioners as only helpful to big media companies.
