Judge Approves More Ovcon 35 Settlements

Law360, New York (November 16, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has approved a pair of agreements in which Warner Chilcott Ltd. and Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. will pay $12.5 million to settle antitrust litigation brought by indirect purchasers of the oral contraceptive Ovcon 35.
