Visy Faces More Trouble As New Zealand Files Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- New Zealand's competition watchdog has sued two Visy Holdings Ltd. units for alleged price-fixing, just weeks after an Australian regulator slapped the parent packaging company with a record-setting penalty for the same misconduct.
