Law360, New York (February 01, 2013, 7:47 PM ET) -- The European Union’s antitrust regulator on Friday said Google Inc. has submitted its latest offer to settle the bloc’s investigation into allegations that the company has abused its dominant position in the online search market.
Speaking to reporters in Brussels, Antoine Colombani, a spokesman for the European Commission's vice president in charge of competition policy Joaquin Almunia, said the commission has received proposals from Google, and it is in the process of analyzing them.
