3rd Circ. Urged Not To Halt Antitrust Suit Over GSK Drug

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 7:38 PM ET) -- A pair of drug wholesalers on Friday pressed the Third Circuit not to stay an appeal of their antitrust class action over a generic-drug deal between GlaxoSmithKline LLC and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on a related case, arguing the drugmakers haven't shown any hardship absent a stay.
