Law360, Los Angeles (February 15, 2013, 8:50 PM ET) -- U.S. Steel Corp., USS-Posco Industries and other steelmakers escaped tomato cannery Stanislaus Food Products Co.'s suit in California federal court Friday accusing them of fixing prices for steel sheets used to make cans.
The docket indicated that the court found for the defendants, but did not provide further information. An associated docket entry was sealed.
“The issues have been tried or heard and a decision has been rendered,” the filing said.
