Union Pacific, BNSF Dodge Oxbow's Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 3:33 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge on Tuesday threw out an antitrust suit brought by Oxbow Carbon & Minerals LLC and others that accuses Union Pacific Railroad Co. and BNSF Railway Co. of price-fixing, finding the plaintiffs haven’t alleged adequate facts to support their case.
