Airline Antitrust Plaintiffs Renew Push For Discovery

Law360, New York (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs' attorneys in an antitrust case against a number of major airlines asked a court on Friday to allow discovery to proceed in the case in light of guilty pleas by three defendants and the results of a separate investigation by the European Commission.
