Speedway Seeks To Jump-Start Antitrust Appeal

Law360, New York (January 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Kentucky Speedway has shifted its antitrust campaign against the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing and the International Speedway Corp. into a higher gear, filing an appeal of a district court's decision to dismiss its case.

In court documents filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the speedway said that the trial court erred by granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment and their motion to exclude expert testimony.
