Henkel Takes Detergent Cartel Doc Fight To EU High Court

Law360, New York (July 29, 2013, 6:42 PM ET) -- Henkel AG has asked the European Union's highest court to reconsider letting it use documents from the European Commission's investigation of a laundry detergent cartel to defend itself against a €92 million ($122 million) price-fixing fine in France, according to a notice published Saturday.
