Law360, New York (February 08, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- West Publishing Corp. and Kaplan Inc. are facing another class action antitrust lawsuit for alleged collusion in the bar exam test preparation businesses. They reached a settlement agreement of $49 million for a similar suit last year.
