FTC Puts Heat On Executives Amid AndroGel Probe

Law360, New York (April 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has turned to a federal court to get three executives to comply with subpoenas as part of an investigation into whether Par Pharmaceutical Companies Inc., Paddock Laboratories Inc. and others restrained trade for making or selling a generic version of AndroGel.
