Law360, New York (May 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The antitrust chair for the New York State Bar Association has joined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP after more than a decade with Constantine Cannon LLP.
Stacey Anne Mahoney has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. Her move follows the departure of her longtime mentor, Lloyd Constantine, who left Constantine Cannon in 2007 to become a senior adviser to former Gov. Eliot Spitzer.
