Lufthansa To Cooperate With Air Cargo Probe

Law360, New York (March 08, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Germany’s Lufthansa Airlines has agreed to cooperate with the international probe into the air cargo industry, in a move that could eventually win the carrier immunity from prosecution in connection with antitrust allegations.

Lufthansa’s cooperation could provide vital information to regulators investigating claims of collusion on fuel surcharges and other costs by several major airlines.
