Law360, New York (July 24, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The European Commission has reportedly restarted its detailed investigation of StatoilHydro ASA's plan to purchase 274 of ConocoPhillips Co.'s Jet petrol stations across Scandinavia.
Various news reports on Thursday stated that the EC had temporarily suspended its probe of the proposed deal as it awaited information needed to evaluate the case, but has once again resumed its investigation.
