CORRECTED: Class Moves To Stop BMS Changes To AWP Payouts

Law360, New York (August 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A class of plaintiffs asked a judge on Monday to stop Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. from modifying a distribution agreement that is part of a $13 million deal the drugmaker reached in a bid to settle a class action brought by patients who said they paid too much for their drugs.
