Law360, New York (August 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Computer maker Psystar Corp. has accused Apple Inc. of violating antitrust law with its end-user licensing agreements, which require that Apple software only be used on Apple computers.
The claim is part of a lawsuit Apple filed against Psystar on July 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, accusing the smaller company of infringing its copyrights by selling Apple “clones” that run Apple's operating system.
