Law360, New York (September 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A U.S. plaintiffs firm has launched a €1 billion action in the United Kingdom against British Airways PLC, accusing the airline of a seven-year conspiracy to fix fuel surcharge prices levied at its air freight customers.
Cohen Milstein Hausfeld & Toll PLLC, which opened a London office in June 2007, filed a complaint in the U.K.'s High Court of Justice on behalf of freight companies Emerald Supplies Ltd. And Southern Glass House Producers Ltd.
