Cigarette Maker Loses Round In Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (October 15, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A cigarette manufacturer has lost a round in its bid to depose attorneys general in an antitrust case involving escrow money, which states require in order to ensure payment in the event a tobacco maker is found liable for health hazards associated with smoking.
