IPCS Looks To Block Sprint-Clearwire Deal

Law360, New York (November 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- An affiliate of Sprint Nextel Corp. with an exclusive contract to provide wireless network services in much of the Midwest asked an Illinois court for a temporary restraining order Monday to stop a $14.5 billion agreement between Sprint and Clearwire Corp. to form a new wireless communications company.
