Tying Suit V. Comcast Paused For Consolidation Effort

Law360, New York (February 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has agreed to stay antitrust litigation against Comcast Corp. as plaintiffs in the proposed class action and at least eight other similar suits across the country seek to consolidate their cases accusing the cable provider of illegally tying its premium services to set-top box rentals.
