Law360, New York (March 02, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Dow Chemical Co., Bayer AG and a slew of rubber producers have lost their bid to dismiss an antitrust suit brought by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. that alleged the producers conspired to control rubber prices in the U.S. and Europe.
Judge David D. Dowd of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio struck down the defendants' dismissal motion on Monday, saying the claims were invalid.
