Law360, New York (March 10, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Hitachi Displays Ltd. has agreed to plead guilty to charges of conspiring to fix prices on thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels it sold to Dell Inc. and pay a $31 million fine, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Tuesday.
